A new primary school, a new city bus route, and a renovated swimming pool, all completed in 2023. These are the flashing signs that the area of Mastaičiai is primed for growth. Only 11 kilometers from the center of Kaunas (7 miles), Mastaičiai is set to expand and will need more housing. Just across from the new school, Vasiliauskas, Page + co. is designing a block of single-family houses, each up to 110-square-meters, offering energy efficiency, stylish architectural designs, and generous green spaces.
